Who this is for
Teams building a customer or operator experience that needs to work across more than one device or platform.
What the work can include
- A platform recommendation tied to the product’s users, devices, and operating constraints.
- A working product slice across the agreed clients and backend services.
- Release-readiness work appropriate to the scope, such as store preparation, hosted environments, or handoff notes.
How we work together
- Map the essential user flow and decide which clients need it first.
- Build the vertical slice with the right shared and platform-specific parts.
- Exercise the agreed flow on the target surfaces and prepare the next release or handoff.
What to prepare
- The intended users, their devices, and the first job the product must help them complete.
- Existing designs, brand materials, APIs, analytics, authentication, and store-account context when available.
- A decision-maker for product tradeoffs and any required legal, privacy, or accessibility review.
Boundaries
- One codebase is considered when it fits; native work remains appropriate where platform capabilities require it.
- App-store review, third-party service availability, and device-specific behavior are outside Dotcoder’s control.
- A working slice is not a substitute for ongoing support, content operations, or market validation unless those are separately scoped.
